We have been informed by the COR that FAIRLEE GRAPE JUICE in the 114 ml size bears an unauthorized COR. Corrective measures have been taken.

 

Please be advised that PACIFIC TROPICAL brand DRIED GOJI BERRIES bear an unauthorized BCK symbol of Kashrus. Consumers finding this product are asked to contact BC Kosher at (604) 731-1803 or by email info@bckosher.org.

 

We have been informed by the OU that Skittles & Starburst Variety Pack (UPC# E20493) Containing: Skittles Original Fruit Skittles Sours Starburst Original Fruit Starburst Mixed Fieldberries Starburst Sours Produced by Effem Inc. in Bolton, Ontario bears an unauthorized OU-D symbol on Canadian Packaging. This product is not certified kosher by the Orthodox Union

 

Please note that the Orthodox Rabbinical Council of British Columbia (BC Kosher) only certifies fish products that have Hashgacha Tmidis (constant rabbinical supervision) or which retain an identifiable patch of skin. It has been brought to our attention that some Treasure Island brand Smoked Salmon product with the BCK symbol may not have the required patch of skin. Consumers finding this product are urged to contact BC Kosher at (604) 731-1803.

 

Please be advised that BOTTICELLI products imported from Belgium by Dynamic Chocolates, of Delta, BC Canada, bears an unauthorized BCK symbol and are being withdrawn from the marketplace.

 

Please note that the following products were labelled with an unauthorized COR 52. These products are not kosher -  Sable & Rosenfeld Tipsy Olives  and  Sable & Rosenfeld Tipsy Onions. Action has been taken to recall these products. Kindly contact the COR at (416) 635-9550 if you see these unauthorized products in any store.

 

Nature's Blend Cheddar Cheese Bagels were labelled with an unauthorized COR 153. This product is not kosher certified. Please note that the COR 153 is presently inactive and should not appear on any products.

 

Tic Tac products, manufactured in Europe with Hebrew writing and distributed in Israel over the last several years, have been generally accepted as kosher. However, it has now been discovered that there may have recently been a falsifying of documents regarding that product, changing the kosher status. Each package should have a date on the label, and any product manufactured after January 1, 2006, should not be considered kosher, even with the kosher certification on the label. All other Tic Tac products that do not bear any kosher certification are, of course, also not kosher.

 

The following product was inadvertently labeled without a "dairy equipment" designation. TROPHY FOODS BUTTER TOFFEE PEANUTS 350 gram package This product is made on dairy equipment Action has been taken to correct future packaging

 

The following product, which bears a COR 311, was inadvertently labeled without a �dairy� designation on the outside of the box: Merit Selection Instant Oatmeal Variety Pack. It contains the following individual instant oatmeal pouches: Regular - pareve Apple and Cinnamon - pareve Cinnamon and Spice - pareve Maple and Brown Sugar Flavour - pareve Peaches and Cream Flavour � contains dairy ingredients and is dairy. Action has been taken to correct future packaging.

 

The following product, which bears the COR 408, was inadvertently labeled pareve and should have a �dairy� designation on the label. Compliments Tzatziki Yogourt & Cucumber Dip This product is dairy. Action has been taken to correct future packaging.

 

Please be advised that the OK does not certify any products produced by Tayas America of Canada.

 

Effective immediately, BP GOURMET LTD. of Commack, NY, is no longer Star-K Certified. The following brands are not certified even when bearing the Star-K: BP Gourmet, Freida's Kitchen, Smarter Carb, Sweet Nothings.

 

We have been advised by the Chicago Rabbinical Council (C.R.C.) that some packages of Jay�s Hot Stuff potato chips bear a cRc-D. The product was mislabeled and is in fact cRc pareve.

 

Effective immediately, all Bobbi's Hummus products are no longer under the supervision of Community Kashrus of Greater Philadelphia even when bearing their kashrus symbol.

 

We have been advised by the Star-K that Effective immediately, BP GOURMET LTD. of Commack, NY, is no longer Star-K Certified. The following brands are not certified even when bearing the Star-K: BP Gourmet Freida�s Kitchen Smarter Carb Sweet Nothings

 

We have been advised by the COR that Italpasta Italian Style Bread Crumbs Chapelure 680 gm (with imported Romano Cheese) was mistakenly labeled with a COR 427 This product is not kosher. Action has been taken to recall this product and correct future packaging.

 

Butterfly Bakery Butter Bee was previously OU certified but has lost its certification due to kashrus violations.
